Nice Lisa! Really nice. That ought to be worth a mil right there.
OK Zach, you caught me.
So I'm getting excited about this musical that I am writing. I have gotten the
script roughed in and now I'm going back and writing the songs that need writing.
The show is really funny. There is so much calamity in the real historical story.
For instance: The bank that they robbed was across the street from the police station.
They forgot to put gas in the getaway car. There was a "Dead Robber Reward" at the time issued by the Texas Bankers Association that paid $5000 to anyone that killed a robber
in the act of robbing a bank, so no one cared who got shot as long as they killed a robber.
They found over 200 bullet holes in the bank after the robbery. When they lynched the
Bank Robber, Santa Claus, they had to hang him twice because the rope broke the first time.
So many people wanted to view the body after the hanging that since they all couldn't fit in the morgue, the put the body in the local furniture store for viewing. The list goes on and on.
I am writing the musical by day, and working on our septic system at night. Colleen says
I am the only guy that she knows that can write a musical and put in a septic system at the same time. Much Love to All. Billy

Congrats on the calves, Billy. I think the one on the far right has your eyes, but it's a lil far away to tell. I'd like to hear more on the show you're working on, if you get a chance, send me an e-mail.
Thanks for the pictures of "The Gates", Casey, I've been hearing them joke about it on the Stern show for a couple weeks now. $20 mil? Steel posts=$2000. Bedsheets= $200 from Bed Bath and Beyond. Orange dye=6.00 a bottle at Hobby Lobby. Passing it off as modern art and fooling Bloomberg into paying for your Upper West Side penthouse for life=Priceless. Take care, y'all.

Nice Casey. But I think I could have done the same job for $19,500,000. Tell them to call me next time. Billy

Hey Everyone! Casey here. Sorry if the picture is a little large. It's a picture of the Gates that the artist Christo put up in Central Park. They've been on display for a week and today was the first chance I got to see them. I guess they raised something like $20 million dollars to put those on display. Good for them, I guess. I just know that if I had that money..... well let's just say I wouldn't be putting orange gates up in the park.
Life is going well. Law school is as fun as law school could be. I'm learning lots of great stuff and hopefully I'll be able to use it for good some day! They sure like to keep us busy.
Those are some nice looking cows Billy! And my status is a go.
Hope y'all are doing well!
Casey
Here is a picture of the Gates.
Hi Lisa. Thanks for letting me know that Picasa 2 is now available. I had tried this a while back and it was not a free download. For those others reading, you must use a tool called Picasa (free download along with another tool called "Hello". As Lisa said it is a way to share photos on the Blog. And of course I am envious of the Source 4s. By the way, the play/musical I am writing, "The Great Santa Claus Bank Robbery" is coming along well. I am using a recipe that I learned from last year's show: Audience Participation. Ya'll come down and see it. And if you see Casey Quinn, tell him to let me know what his status is. Thanks. If you haven't seen Rene' Hinkle's wedding announcement - she looks like a growd woman . . . a very beautifully happy growd woman. She is marrying on February 12 in San Diego. Party at her house in Casper on Feb. 24. I think Lisa's bringing the beer. We are happy for you Rene'. Billy

I looked out of the bedroom window at first light on Valentines morning and had a little wet heifer calf on the ground. Everyone have a cigar on me! Billy
