Miles,
I didn't realize that you wrote back, sorry. Anyway, I still haven't found the pictures, but I'm still lookin'. email me anytime you want at quist15@hotmail.com--I'll get back to you (as you can see I'm on the computer quite a bit)! I am so glad that you jaw is doing (somewhat) better. I wish you luck in all of that medical stuff. ( I don't know the terms, so I'm not going to try). Well talk to you later!

Sara Jane,

email me, I think I can meet up with y'all in NYC on the 11th.

Hey Sara Jane:

Yeah, if you do have them, please e-mail me them to me. Neither Justin nor myself have any remembrances of that ocasion (I was one disgusting looking woman, I have seen a few pictures on a slide show shown at the end of that school year. My jaw has been mediocre lately on the good days. My specialist has been screaming for me to get back down to Salt Lake City for more x-rays and treatment and all that stuff, however, they still have no permanent long-term solution since it's such a strange joint and all. I was doing well enough for a small role this last spring in a community theatre production of Little Shop of Horrors, although it was only like two songs and very small, which is all that I was really capable of at the time. Oh-well, that's life huh! What's your me-mail these days? Talk to ya' later!

Miles.

Milies,
You know, I've seen those picture several times, I just can't remember if I took them, or if I saw them at the institute. I'll have to look through my pictures (which I hope to be doing before I move--if it doesn't happen before then--it's a lost cause). Anyway, if I find them I'll post it on here. Maybe I can scan them and email 'em to ya. Anyway, I'll let you know. Hey--how's your jaw doing now-a-days??

Sara J
Hey Sara Jane!

I was just wondering, do you have any pictures from that Institute tallent show back in2001 where Justin and I did the Garth and Trisha song? (Yes, it's the one where I had to wear the dress and all!) If you do, I would love a few copies. That's really cool about AMDA and all. You guys should have a blast doing that! Well, talk to ya' later!

Miles.

Lisa--

Hey, anytime you wanna get together let me know. We fly into NYC Feb. 11th at like 6:00 am, but we can't check into the school until Feb. 12th--so we'll have all day if you want to do something then (you know show us around or something--;) ) . It the Melvin that you worked with at school. He's the reason I even auditioned. Anyway, let me know. I'll try emailing you as well.

Sara Jane L.
Hey Sara L,

congrats on getting accepted to AMDA, and a scholarship non the less, very competitive those AMDA scholarships, way to go! Let me know if you need anything when you get to NYC, I would be more than happy to help with whatever I can. Is the Melvin you mentioned the one I worked with when I came back to WWC to set work and teach? If so I would love to see him in NYC too.

love

Wow, this thing is really cool!

Billy and Colleen,
Hmm, I just emailed you guys, but it was at a wwcc address, so I don't know if you'll get it. Shelley told me about this and I think it's wonderful. Man, it's been a long time and I not sure where to start.
I guess I just wanted to let both of you know how much you influenced my life in theatre. I learned a great deal from the both of you and wanted you to know. I learned a ton about professionalism, and other things that I can take with me for the rest of my carree. I think I was very blessed to have been able to work under the both of you and Jamie. I learned such different things and now feel much more well rounded. Thanks, for the phone call you made to me to invite me to Western. My life has been completed changed because of it.

As far as what I am doing now...
I graduated from WWCC last year ( I stayed 3 years, something I never thought I would) and loved it. I can't believe how wonderful that school is.
I auditioned for a school in New York City called 'The American Musical and Dramatic Academy'--(AMDA for short) in April and I was accepted and given a scholarship from the school. I am leaving Feb. 10th to start school on Feb. 12th (with Melvin Lee Shambry Jr.--for those who know him). Well I just wanted to let you know that you guys really touched my life. I talk to Deirdre about what is going on in your lifes. We've stayed good friends. I hope everything is the way you like it and your health is keeping you active. Thanks for everything!

Oh, yeah... and did I mention that its about 100 degree weather right now? HA!!!
luv, michelle
MAN! You know, as much as I want to take the time and read everything there is to read about all of you wonderful people... its a bit difficult being on the mission and all... I got a bit of permission to write a quick note to all of you. =0) So, if some of you haven`t heard, Michelle Douglass is now Hermana Douglass until June this year. I`m serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ in Santiago, Chile... and time has flown!
I have been able to use a lot of what I learned with Billy (thank you, Billy... I will be forever in your debt) here in the mission. We did a choir for christmas, though I had never led a choir before, and got a lot of compliments that it was one of the best choirs that they had ever heard.
Anyway, I hope to be able to hear from you all... in case I can`t check this blogger bugger every week, my email address is still the same thing corcolette@yahoomail.com, or bonita@myldsmail.net (please don`t laugh, it was the only spanish word I could think of at the time...)
I love you all! Hope to hear from you soon!
luv, hermana douglass

Hello All,

If anyone is going to the USITT conference in Long Beach, CA keep an eye out for the student display from America's entry into the Prague Quadrennial. I've got some design work in it with some of my fellow students from Colorado. If all this seems to not make any sense to you, don't worry about it. It's techie talk

Hi Rik, Natalie, Lisa, Miles, Daryl, and Casey,

Yeah Rik, I got some blog on me - but I understand a shot of penicillin will clear that up. Congrats on the weight loss! "Llamas gon wild: mating season" sounds pretty interesting. You might have really filled a niche that needed scratching.

Natalie, good luck with your new job! I am still hoping to meet all that are interested on the Week of August 1 at the lake.

Lisa, I am glad you are having such great performance experiences. I hope we get to see you sometime.

Miles, wuz up with you? What are you doing right now?

Daryl, Yes I remember playing by lantern light. Someday I will dig out those
old pictures and put them on the web site.

Casey, congrats on graduating. Define "very young girls". Good luck at regional College Bowl.

Love you all,

Billy

Hey everyone!
Guess I'll take a turn at saying hi and what I've been up to. I'm going to school at Idaho State in Pocatello right now and will graduate in May with my Bachelor of Arts in General Studies. Woohoo. It, of course, has an emphasis in theatre and also German. I'm in the process right now of applying to law schools, as that looks to be the direction I will be headed after undergrad studies are done. I work part time for Walgreens drug store in the photo lab, but most of my non studying time goes to a job I have at school on the ISU Program Board. It is basically planning, booking, and producing performing arts events for students. It's a great job and right up my alley. I get to spend a lot of money, talk on the phone with agents all over the country, and plan all aspects of the events. One cool thing I have coming up is that I'm producing "The Pirates of Penzance" which is being put on by a group of students at ISU that is being headed up by none other than Jeff Glenn and Kimber (Janes) Tower. You'll be glad to know Jeff is reprising his role as the pirate king. Among other events, I have a Sinatra impersonator and big band coming for Valentine's and the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet coming in March.

In February, I'll be going to the regional tournament for College Bowl. It is like team Jeopardy. While my team didn't win at school level, they pick the highest scorers and create a varsity squad to go compete at regionals. That should be fun. I'm currently single, but have been dating lots of very young girls. That's fun too. And for all of you that are not having a cold holiday season, we got 13 inches of snow the day after Christmas here (a one day record) and we've had several storms since with lots of Blizzard warnings and road closures. Earlier tonight we even had thunder and lighnting followed by hail and then snow.

It's great to read what everyone is doing and where you are all located! Hope to hear more from you.

Best,
Casey Quinn
