Hi Bliss. I just got back from two sets of auditions, Northeast Texas Auditions and Texas Thespians. It is amazing how many super talented people there are in this world! I saw about 300 auditions in 3 days. I'm glad that you are managing to keep your theatre alive. I hope it grows into a workable situation, i.e. - less extension cords and more SO cable. Nate just flew back to Rock Springs for a visit. He will be there all of Thanksgiving week. I just found a new portable dimmer/control board that has 6 10 amp channels, powered by 2 20 amp circuits that has a built in control board for $550. I was amazed. I used to have to pay that much just for the control board. Of course this one is a single scene board with a grand master, but that is all you need for so few channels. It is made by Dove Systems and called the "Scene Master 1", just in case you are interested. I had a welder cut the two ends out of a propane tank for tree bases and used the good old 1 1/2" black pipe for trees. I'm ready to tour!!!!! Hi to everybody out there, don't make yourselves so scarce. Remember the rule, "if you check the blog for reading - you are o - blog - gated to make a post." Also if ya'll are in communication with other wwc alums that don't know about the blog you are o - blog - gated to tell them how to access it.
Hope to hear from more of you! Much Oblogged! Billy.
