Nate and Billy: I figured you guys must be close to doing your show and so I looked on the cjctheatre.com website and saw that you perform this week. Break a leg!

I've been busy with school. I like my classes. My intellectual property classes are great and I'm learning a lot about copyright and trademarks. I just saw Lisa a couple days ago. I was invited to be on the board of directors with her for the Syren Modern Dance company. It looks like it will be a good opportunity for me. Lisa seems to be doing well.

I went and saw a new Broadway production of Sweeney Todd last week. It had only been open here for 3 days. It was a lot of fun. They did something that you would do Billy; they cut the cast down to a minimal number of people--10--and then had them play instruments to accompany the show. It was really cool. They had a few chairs on each side of the stage and most of them started out there with their instrument and as the story unfolded, they would get up and move about the stage. Sometimes, they'd play and sing at the same time. Others would move and play at the same time. I had so much respect for them--especially after this summer.

How is the fence coming? Have you had time to work on it at all? Is it finally starting to cool off down there?

Casey
